Definitely for both. You should be able to give henchman orders, not only like "stay", but also if you have 2 human players you should be able to choose which hench should follow which player.
And i love the skill set idea. But then also include the attribute points in the skill set selection. Then it's even more easy.
Or maybe i'm too lazy.

For the commands because they have them already, check under your radar!
For the Skills why make them virtually heroes, it would elimanate the point of heroes

Don't forget to check thread dates when you comment. These were suggested well before the Nightfall updates, and commands were obviously updated.
